Okay - do email auto-replies work? There are no specific symptoms that are helpiing me at this point. So I would like you to try one thing - sometimes BlackBerry devices "get stuck" and it requires you to pull the battery out of the back, count to 10 and then put it back in. This allows the device to reset. If you can do this and then try to see if text auto-replies are working that would be great. Let me know how it goes. If we are still having issues, I will get the developers on-line first thing in the morning. Thanks.

Joesph - sorry you seem to be having some issues. I noticed that you have a Verizon device and that you are activating it manually on your handset. Can you provide any other details about your experience? For instance, you manually activated the ZoomSafer application and then someone sent you a text message and they did not receive an auto-reply? Any other information you can send would be greatly appreciated. I am sure we will figure this out shortly. Thanks.

Hi Mike,
Wow thanks for the quick reply back!. Yes, I enabled it manually by going to the applications center, then launching ZoomSafer application and then tried sending a test message to my phone from my mom's Blackberry and it didn't send back an auto-reply like I expected. I also went to the settings website and set it to auto-reply to everything (voice,calls,text,e-mail) and it still wouldn't do it. Any suggestions/help?
Thanks,

Nope nothing works. The only thing that works at this point is the voice calling block feature. and I did the reset.

Mike, I just got it to work fully. I did TWO battery resets and it works like a champ! the only problem is that it wont update my status on facebook yet. It says "you must be logged in to do that" any help on this?

Joseph - glad the auto-reply issue has been resolved. So now let's look into the Facebook issue. Please clarify the steps you took when you recieved the above message (e.g. logged into www.myzoomsafer.com, clicked on preferences, checked Facebook for start/stop notifications, etc.) Thanks.

Mike here. Joseph's Auto-Replys are working now after he reset his phone and that didn't seem to work with you. I still think your issue has to do with the *82 security feature you've got enabled - we're going to install that on one of our test devices and see if we can't replicate the behavior.
We'll at least be able to isolate what's going on shortly. Thanks for keeping at us,
Best,
Mike -
