When ever I try to us the zoom ringer for one of my priority callers it just pops up their name, number and picture, but plays no sound. Even when I take the zoom safer ringtone off it still doesn't ring when my proority callers call. Please help?!?! and yes I have my volume turned up, because when I call without zoomsafer on it rings normally???
EDIT: I think it might be a setting on my blackberry, but I don't know what it might be soooo?

Very sorry about the frustration. We'll double check things on our side and get back to you shortly. In the meantime, it's a rare thing but can you make sure you've got storage space on your smartphone? The ZoomRinger is a sound file that takes up a little space - occasionally, my kids take a load of pictures and use up all my free space and I can no longer get any new files onto my phone :).

happy it works now!
Ok thanks, but I figured it out. =D it was because I had the box checked that said 'block all incommig call alerts' or something like that. So I unchecked it and now it worked. Thanks for answering so fast though.
