Why doesn't my Blackberry go back to the same Profile it started with when I exit?
Sorry for the inconvenience. For this first Beta, we’re sending your phone back to “Normal” Profile when you exit the application. In a future release, we will ask you what your preferred Profile is and put your phone back to that Profile when you exit ZoomSafer.

Now that we have Release 1.5, you can log into http://www.myzoomsafer.com and pick the Blackberry Profile that you want to return to when you leave ZoomSafer.

I have found on my BB 9530 that each time the zoomsafer client either launches or closes, it activates my sound profile options that I must then close before I can do anything with zoomsafer client or my phone. Very annoying "feature".

Steve - You shouldn't have to do what you're describing. What network are you on and where does it get hung up? Any way you can take a picture of it and send to support@zoomsafer.com?

Bob - I totally agree it's annoying - I'm a Vibrate guy myself. We're definitely going to implement the right way to take care of this in the next phase of the Beta.
