just making sure they can still leave a voice message
when someone calls me (not on contact list)
when someone tries to call me that is not on my "contact list" , am I correct in saying they will still have the opportunity to leave me a voice mail as always...(in addition to getting a text that I am driving).....

Yes - users will be sent automatically to your voice mail. Also, if you get a call from a Priority Contact and you don't want to answer it, just press the red "on-hook" key as normal to send them to voice mail.
