What gives??

I have the tour. It only goes to my voicemail i.e. no telling people I am driving. It cannot detect motion even on a full battery. No auto toots. What gives? Thanks

    Hi Bob:

    Not sure what's going on -- but we are here to help figure it out.

    First, what carrier network are you on?

    Also:

    1. please confirm that inbound calls are being properly suppressed and sent to vmail when you're driving and zoomsafer is activated?

    2. in terms of auto-notifying people that you're driving -- are you referring to notifications sent to priority contacts that you have started and stopped driving (e.g. auto-toots)? Or are you referring to auto-responses sent to inbound callers and texters (e.g auto-replies)? Both?

    3. In terms of auto-speed detection -- where were you located when you tried it?

    As much detail as you can provide is appreciated -- so we can do our best to get back to you asap.

    A few things.

    1. is there a chance the inbound call originated on a land line? if so they would not receive the auto reply -- because the calling phone is not addressable via SMS-text.

    2. need to dog deeper -- and if you're willing to spare a few minutes -- perhaps we could talk next week and trouble shoot together?

    3. Speed detection is not perfect yet -- but has proven reliable in our testing. Were there atmospheric conditions at the time?
