No problem. You should be able to use the volume keys to turn down the jingle especially if you are in a situation as you describe above. However if you do lower the volume, it will turn down the volume for other ZoomSafer announcements as well (e.g. inbound call announcements - aka ZoomRingers) -- so you will need to remember to turn them back up.
