sorry for the confusion we caused Richard

I'm very sorry about the confusion. I've looked into your account and my apologies but you've uncovered a small bug in our registration system. From what we can tell, you registered with and chose as your phone type "Other". At that point, you should have been taken to a screen that said essentially, "Thanks for registering, we'll get back to you when we offer ZoomSafer for your phone". (We currently support Blackberries and several Windows Mobile phones).
At that point, it looks like you were able to log in to myzoomsafer.com and purchase an upgrade to VoiceMate. This is where the bug is - since we don't support your phone and you didn't have ZoomSafer already, you should not have been able to log in to myzoomsafer as an active customer.
You are in the 7 day free trial for the service and were not charged yet. We are going ahead and cancelling the credit card transaction and fixing the issue with our website.
Again, I apologize for the confusion. ZoomSafer does only work on Blackberrys and Windows Mobile phones but we are expanding our service to other smartphones as quickly as we can.
