Personalized Responses

I've just download the trial. I was under the impression that I could set up personalized email and voice mail responses to be sent while driving. There is no option for that on the web application or my phone.

Hi there, Randy. Thanks for trying ZoomSafer and thanks for your question about personalized responses. The short answer is that they are personalized because we use your name in all of the responses to let people know that it is you that's responsible for the Auto Reply.

I think what you're looking for is the ability to customize the text of your specific Auto-Reply. While currently there's no option to do that, it is on our list of product enhancements and should be in the product sometime soon. The design idea is per your message, we will provide the ability to write custom text through MyZoomSafer for your Auto-Replys.

Thanks again for the question and safe driving,
    Mike

The voice portal is something different and the timing of your question is great because we're launching it a week from today. We've actually changed the name from ZoomMate to VoiceMate and the with the service you will be able to listen to and reply to texts and emails that you receive while you're driving. You'll also be able to create texts and emails and send them to your Priority Contacts. Stay tuned for the announcements and more info next week as we get closer to launch.

    Thanks again,
    Mike
