It seems to be not working on my BB Storm with the latest Firmware update from RIM (The .486 version which came after the Verizon's approved version). Not sure, if the developers at ZoomSafe observed this version of firmware while developing this software or not.
I for the error message saying, the device is not supported, please try later error.

Sorry for taking so long to reply to your post - I just missed it earlier - and sorry for your frustration with your Storm.
We should be able to load on to your Storm. We're working on support for OS 5.x but support all other Blackberries between 4.2 and 5.x. One thing you can check are your browser settings - we use the "Browser Identification" field (menu/options/browser configuration from within your browser) to determine what type of phone you have. Can you check to see that that field is set to "Blackberry"?
