  • Alex - I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your ZoomSafer installation. Please let me know what phone and carrier you are using along with some description of when/where you are having the problem. I am sure we can find a way to getting you zooming asap.

    happy I’m hopeful Verizon Wireless will open up all of their GPSs soon

    Thanks again for your question. So everyone else in the community understands your situation, ZoomSafer installed properly but because you have a BlackBerry Curve from Verizon Wireless, automatic activation doesn't work for you / you need to activate the software manually.

    We're continuing to try to work with Verizon Wireless to open up all of their GPSs to third party application providers and we've been told this will happen sometime this year.
