How do I delete my zoomsafer account?

Sorry to hear that you would like to remove your account. Please send an email to support@zoomsafer.com with your phone number and we will take care of this for you from our web system, but you will need to delete the application from your device. Was there a particular issue or problem that caused you to remove the application?

I have deleted ZoomSafer from my Blackberry. Here are my reasons.

1. The message that comes over my BB when driving is very loud and intrusive on whatever conversation is going on in the car. It would offer me the chance to change my sound profile, which I did, but it continued to override this change.

2. My battery did not last the entire day yesterday, which never happens on a regular day. I can only guess that ZoomSafer was the reason.

3. I am now having difficulties receiving email on my Blackberry. I don't know if this is related to ZoomSafer.

After the beta phase of the product, I may check it out once again....but for now it is not worth the trouble that it is causing me.

I do appreciate what you are doing to try and help us to have safer roads....keep up the work and I hope your product refinements yield a great end result.
