Facebook status updates do not work. I go to click on facebook and provide my credentials and it says "You must be logged in to do that". This issue has been happening for the last month. See the attached screen shot for more clarification. I'd really like to see this get resolved.

Sorry for the on-going frustration. We test this function continuously and know that it does work.
But we have had issues with this in a couple of circumstances:
- incorrect credentials have been cached that get sent to FB through the interface
- users enter their credentials but don't hit the "Update Preferences" button after they get back to the "Start Driving" tab under preferences.
Right now, I see your Policy is set for no Twitter or Facebook updates. Can you try clearing out your browser history/cache, making sure you're not logged in to FB or Twitter (or anything else), then trying to enter your credentials again?
Keep me posted,
Mike
