Joseph - Thanks for the question and sorry to hear your Facebook notifications haven't worked yet. Couple of things to think about for you:
- For Facebook and Twitter authorization, we use their official "OAUTH" login process where you essentially exit our application and only provide your credentials directly to Facebook and Twitter. Then we get back a little token telling us that we are allowed to update Facebook and Twitter on your behalf.
- I'm not exactly sure what your error message is but you can try a couple of things: try to close all your browser windows, open another, log back in to MyZoomSafer and try to enter your credentials again, or, log-in to Facebook in another window, then try clicking the Facebook box under Preferences again.
