download link arrived, but is not working
download link is trying to download to file "dl" on my desktop - this is not working. I assume I must do this directly on my phone, yes?

I think you figured this out already based on another post but the answer is yes, you do need to open the email on your phone and download ZoomSafer directly to your device. Most all of our Blackberry users don't interact with the desktop manager so we designed the consumer product to download directly to your device.
