Thanks for trying us out! On your screen, normally your phone number is displayed after the install automatically. Then you enter the password you set up through the registration process and the app completes the install process.
Assuming you went through the full reg process online, can you get back to us and tell us whether you saw your phone number at any time? I'll have the team take a look at your record to see if everything looks ok.
Thanks for your prompt response! Yes, the phone number is normally there in the field, but I didn't want to expose it publicly, so I cleared the image for the purpose of this posting.
I do apologize, but I did not realize that I was supposed to press the green key in order to log in. I was under the impression that I should use the menu key or the trackball. Silly me! At any rate, I am now logged in. Just an FYI, I am an insurance professional and I really like this concept. I’ll be pushing this out to my clients for their use ASAP!
