BlackBerry Bold - Product appears to install, but is not working
I have an AT&T BlackBerry Bold, and I have gone through registration process for free version of ZoomSafer, and received the download link. Clicking the link with the Bold downloads and installs the app, and then goes into Permssions screen (I just click Save and exit). ZoomSafer then brings up a login dialog box - phone number pre-populated and asking for password - and I enter password, but then neither the "Sign In" or "Exit" button can be accessed, and there is no menu from either the main menu button or the "pearl" trackball. The app does not appear to be functional, as it will let me make calls while in the car at 35+ mph. Any help is appreciated!

Hi there Todd! Sorry about the confusion - you've hit on something we know is confusing and are fixing as we speak. After you enter your password, you hit the actual green "call/off-hook" key on your phone to complete the registration process. We've heard this comment from a number of people and will be changing it so that you can track over to the key and enter with the mouse too.
