Sorry to hear that you are having a problem. Our testing has confirmed support for the Bold so I have a few questions to help us identify the issue. Is this the first time you are downloading the application or did you previously have ZoomSafer installed? Who is your wireless carrier? Do you know what your OS level is (you can check this by going to the the "wrench" - settings - and then selecting options and then selecting About).
