Sorry to hear that you are having a problem. Our testing has confirmed support for the Bold so I have a few questions to help us identify the issue. Is this the first time you are downloading the application or did you previously have ZoomSafer installed? Who is your wireless carrier? Do you know what your OS level is (you can check this by going to the the "wrench" - settings - and then selecting options and then selecting About). Please let us know so we can help resolve this as soon as possible. Thanks

I have the Bold 9700 (OS 5.0.0.330) on T-Mobile. The application seemed to install on the first try without even the hint of a glitch.
I'll be back on here if it doesn't work. Otherwise, no news is good news.-
David - Great to hear about you're Bold. We've got the BB 5.0 devices in our test lab now. So far so good - we'll keep everyone posted if we find anything.

Thanks for the reply Mike, but I'm sad to report that the app indeed does not work. It installed correctly, but each time I reboot the device I get the ZoomSafer login screen. I can add my phone number and password, but can't sign in. Same effect if I try to login manually: I can't get past the login screen.
